There are beautiful pink cliffs that serve as the dynamic backdrop for this home and is very private as it sits on a 300 acre ranch. Access to UTV and ATV trails right from the house on and off the property. There are hundreds of miles of trails to ride or mountain bike. To see turkeys, rabbit's, deer and elk is common. Just minutes away there is stream fishing on the Sevier River and the Mammoth and Asay Creeks. Located nearby is the famous Panguitch Lake that is known for its great lake trout and stunning scenery. This home is the ideal location for family reunions and has the option of camping on the beautiful lawn that overlooks two gorgeous ponds. The home has full hookups for an RV and plenty of space to roam while seeing various forms of wildlife such as deer, elk, turkeys and more. Summary: What stood out was that our family had a great time being together. The directions to find the home were very good. The location was perfect for our destinations, Zion and Bryce Canyons. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for all at the table. The big screen tv was great. However, the home is in need of some deferred maintenance and the kitchen needs more silverware.
